The GATSME Model Railroad club is 61 years old. Located in the old Fort Washington School since 1975, the club has essentially completed the current railroad.
Update November 2012: We did not close on the old school. The second bidder closed August 9th. He plans to demolish the building making room for 4 single family houses. GATSME will be tearing down the railroad and moving out by May 31, 2013.
The GATSME railroad represents central Pennsylvania in the mid 1950's. The track is handlaid and many of the structures are scratch built.
